The story

The name is the pitch.

Squirrelll is a productivity manager built for people with ADHD — capture, organize, and follow through in a way that works with your attention instead of against it.

Start with the name. You know the moment: mid-task, mid-sentence, and suddenly — squirrel! That moment is the whole reason this exists. And it’s spelled with three L’s, because ADHD.

Most productivity tools are built for brains that behave — rigid systems, strict routines, streaks to protect. They hold up right until the first scattered week, then collapse into one more abandoned to-do list and one more round of guilt. If you’ve bounced off every one of them, that’s not a you problem.

Squirrelll takes the opposite approach: work with the attention you have, not the attention you’re supposed to have. Catch thoughts before they escape, give them just enough structure to find again, and make following through feel possible — no shame required.

What it does

Catch the thought, keep the momentum.

Capture at thought-speed

Ideas and to-dos show up on their own schedule. Get them out of your head and into a safe place before the next shiny thing wins.

Structure that bends

Enough organization to find everything again — never so rigid that one messy day brings the whole system down.

Focus without the fight

Doing the thing is easier when you’re not staring at all the things. Squirrelll keeps what’s in front of you manageable, not monumental.

Follow-through, for real

Starting was never the hard part. Squirrelll is built for the gap between meaning to and actually done — the part where every other tool waves goodbye.

No guilt. Ever.

Missed a day? A week? Squirrelll doesn’t do shame. Pick up right where you are — your tasks kept the seat warm.

The squirrel moment, expected

Attention wanders. Around here that’s an assumption, not a failure state. Chase the shiny thing — your work stays caught, organized, and ready when you’re back.

The thesis

Your attention was never the problem. The tools were.

Go on. Get distracted.

Squirrelll is built for exactly that moment. See the productivity manager made for people with ADHD.
